On 21st February 2025, a dynamic “Train the Trainer” session titled ‘Developing Digital Competencies and Pedagogical Approaches for Working with Roma Youth’ was held at the Roma Educational Hub in Bucharest, Romania. Organized by the Roma Entrepreneurship Initiative, the session aimed to strengthen the capacity of educators and youth workers in delivering inclusive, digital-based education using the DigiFast e-learning platform.

The training focused on equipping participants with tools to better support Roma youth in navigating digital environments and accessing educational and career opportunities. The agenda included sessions on understanding the challenges Roma youth face in digital inclusion, teaching digital content creation, and applying interactive methodologies for learners with low educational backgrounds.

Participants also gained hands-on experience with free video editing tools and learned to design personalized educational paths. Additionally, the session addressed mentoring strategies for guiding youth in freelancing and digital entrepreneurship. A dedicated segment allowed attendees to explore the platform's functionality for hybrid and self-paced learning.

The day concluded with a feedback and evaluation session, as well as a certificate ceremony that celebrated the participants’ engagement and new competencies.
